Aide: Putin to meet with foreign business circles on Sep 11

MOSCOW, Sep 5 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with representatives of foreign business circles on September 11 during the Eastern Economic Forum, presidential aide Yury Ushakov said on Wednesday.

“On September 11, Putin will traditionally meet with representatives of foreign business circles. Heads of such large companies and structures as Daewoo, Lotte, Mazda, Mitsui, the Chinese National Oil and Gas Corporation will attend the meeting,” he said.

On September 12, Putin will meet with his Mongolian counterpart Haltmaagiin Battulga to discuss issues of bilateral cooperation, cooperation in the railroad transport sector, energy, and agricultural industries, Ushakov said.

At the forum to be held on September 11–13, Putin will announce plans for the development of the Far East, will invite foreign investors to work with Russia more actively, and will also touch upon security issues in the Asia-Pacific Region, Ushakov said.
